AGARTALA, September 28, 2024: Tripura Chief Minister of the BJP-led coalition government Dr Manik Saha Saturday announced a decision to reopen all murder cases that occurred during the regimes of CPI(M) and Congress in the state. He also said there will be no substitute for the BJP in the country.

The Chief Minister was speaking at a blood donation camp held in Ramnagar locality at initiative of the local BJP unit. Speaking on the occasion he stated that blood has no religion and blood donation has no substitute.

Chief Minister also mentioned that the BJP has arranged many social initiatives following the birthday celebrations of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Mahatma Gandhi maintaining their connection with the people. He claimed that the opposition parties had lost the support of the people and understood their own weaknesses.

Dr Saha assured that the BJP government would reopen all unsolved cases relating to killing of people after consulting with legal experts. He said victims and their families would get justice and redress.

Earlier in the day, the Chief Minister attended a blood donation camp at Vivekananda Byamagar in Agartala, where he expressed his admiration for the gym and its members for winning medals at both state and national levels. He encouraged clubs and social organizations to organize socially-motivated events.
