IAF to recruit from northeastern states in new Intake
REGIONAL: The Indian Air Force has issued a notification for the recruitment of candidates for Intake 01/2027. The notification also states that the '11 Airmen Selection Centre Guwahati' will be the nodal agency for recruitment in the North Eastern states of Assam, Meghalaya, Arunachal Pradesh, Nagaland, Mizoram, Manipur and Tripura.
The IAF has released notifications for Agniveervayu (Science and Non-Science) and Medical Assistant positions in the Airmen Cadre. These notifications can be found on the official websites.
The online registration dates for Agniveervayu (Science & Non-Science) are from January 12 to February 1, and for Airmen (Group Y) (Medical Assistant trade) are from January 26 to February 1.
