CM announces coaching centers for students to qualify for jobs

AGARTALA, June 27, 2025: Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha announced that the state government is working to fill vacant posts and is opening special coaching centers for students to qualify for the jobs. He stated that appointment letters were given to 222 aspirants completed through transparency and that they will be posted in the coming days.
Dr Saha highlighted that 19,484 jobs have been provided by the incumbent government so far, including die-in-harness positions. He asserted the importance of job creation and the need to listen to public grievances.
He made the statement at an event to distribute offer of appointments under Education (School) and Health and Family here Friday.
Over 5,700 jobs have been created through outsourcing, and around 305 people have received jobs under the National Career Service in the 2024-25 financial year. The Chief Minister said the unemployment rate has significantly declined from 10% in 2018-2019 to 1.7% in the 2023-24 financial year.
The government is on the right track and fulfilling its promises of providing employment.
“PM Modi has always called for proper training for government servants, and newly recruited employees will undergo capacity-building training. In 2022, PM Modi declared Viksit Bharat by 2047 and Tripura is the only state where E-office started from Cabinet to Panchayat level in a short time.”
Dr Saha stated the government has implemented the National Education Policy, started the NCERT curriculum and introduced Super 30 for betterment of education and students. They are planning to open coaching centres in every subdivision of science and English, and more general degree colleges and competitive exam centres.
