The Assam Rifles joins 14th Rozgar Mela, empowers youth

AIZAWL, December 23, 2024: The 14th Rozgar Mela organised by Assam Rifles in Aizawl Monday saw 126 candidates receive appointment letters for prestigious roles across various departments. The event was attended by Union Minister of State for Fisheries, Animal Husbandry and Dairying, Professor SP Singh Baghel.

The event was a powerful testament to the government's commitment to empowering youth, particularly in regions like Mizoram. Assam Rifles played a pivotal role in preparing candidates for their selection through rigorous pre-recruitment training programmes.

The event saw 38 individuals cleared physical and written exams and 32 made it in the merit list for SSC (GD) recruitment. Assam Rifles said it is committed to fostering opportunities and transforming lives shaping a bright future for the nation.
