9-year-old student from Tripura wins cyber awareness award

AGARTALA, March 08, 2025: Pratibha Shil Sharma, a 9-year-old student from Belonia English Medium High School, south Tripura, has won the "National Level Cyber Awareness Story: Character Driven Story Writing" competition organised by the Indian Software Engineering Association (ISEA) and C-DAC, Hyderabad.
The competition aimed to raise awareness about cyber security through engaging, character-driven stories. Sharma's story, Strata, asserted the importance of cyber security and online safety. The foundation hopes the win will inspire other students to explore cyber security and raise awareness in the digital age.
Residents of Belonia expressed pride in the success of the English Medium High School and praised Sharma's achievement. The event highlights the growing need for cyber security awareness particularly among the younger generation.
