Tripura CM distributes Medical Officer appointment letters

CM said state government is committed to filling up vacant posts

AGARTALA, September 26, 2025: Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha Friday attended a programme for the distribution of appointment letters to General Duty Medical Officers and Librarians at Pragna Bhavan here. Addressing the event, Dr Saha said that it takes a lot of time and effort to become a doctor, and after that, one has to clear examinations to secure a job. He mentioned that earlier also the present government has provided employment opportunities. 

Dr Saha added that the government is committed to filling up vacant posts.

He further said that one should never forget his or her roots and must always remember the contribution of their parents.

Highlighting the importance of librarians, Dr Saha stated that a school cannot function properly without a librarian.

Secretary Kiran Gitte, Director of Health Services Dr Tapan Majumder, NHM Mission Director Saju Wahid and others were present at the programme.
