The Defence colleges of India and Bangladesh to collaborate
MoU signed for cooperation in military education in strategic field

SOUTH ASIA, June 24, 2024: Defence Services Staff College (DSSC) Wellington, India and Defence Services Command and Staff College (DSCSC) Mirpur, Bangladesh have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for cooperation in military education in Strategic and Operational Studies.
Both colleges provide training to officers of tri-services, preparing them for higher staff and command responsibilities. The MoU was signed during the official state visit of Prime Minister Sheikh Hasina, of Bangladesh, to India.
It aims to enhance professional acumen, provide insight into strategic affairs, share best practices, and enhance academic capabilities. The MoU will facilitate training packages, joint seminars, faculty exchanges, and reciprocal instructor visits.
