Over 13,000 government jobs provided so far

State will see no unemployment in coming days, said CM

AGARTALA, December 18, 2024: Tripura's Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha has announced that the state will see no unemployment in the coming days due to the government's efforts to provide jobs based on transparency and encourage entrepreneurship.

Chief Minister made the comments during his interaction with the newsmen in Agartala Wednesday. 

Over 13,000 government jobs have been provided so far with new vacancies being created and filled up promptly. Dr Saha also highlighted the state's diverse resources, including tourism, agriculture and the hotel industry as well as the potential of industries like agar, rubber and bamboo.

Investors have shown keen interest in the state's bamboo industry and Dr Saha emphasised that law and order are in a good position in the state. As more people come to Tripura, employment opportunities will naturally increase and many are stepping forward in entrepreneurship and start-ups.

He also stated that in the coming days there will be no unemployment in Tripura.
