Mizoram: Covid-19 tally now 186 with 22 fresh cases

AIZAWL, July 05 2020 (HS): Mizoram reported 22 new positive cases of Covid-19 pushing the total tally to 186.

There are 56 active cases in the state and 130 people have recovered.

Zoram Medical College tested 465 samples, out of which 22 positive cases were detected. Of these 14 are from Aizawl and four each from Lawngtlai and Siaha district.

The surge in Covid-19 cases in Mizoram has been occuring due to arrival of stranded people from different hotspots of the country.
