Governor Nallu inspects Rig Division of the DWS Department

AGARTALA, January 09, 2025: Tripura Governor Indra Sena Reedy Nallu Thursday inspected the Rig Division under the Drinking Water and Sanitation Department at Badharghat in Agartala. This has been the latest of his on-the-spot visits to different projects and important government offices across Tripura.

Senior state government officials received the Governor at the site. He was briefed about the ongoing activities of the vital division.

Speaking to news reporters, the Governor said that the Central Government has launched the Jal Jeevan Mission to provide clean drinking water to every household. "The State Government has taken up this project with great importance”, he stated.
