BSF Chief Daljit Singh Chaudhary in Tripura to join meetings

AGARTALA, August 07, 2024: After visiting West Bengal, Director General of the BSF Daljit Singh Chaudhary made a brief visit to Tripura Wednesday. He held a meeting with senior officials from the BSF, Tripura police, and various security establishments at the BSF Frontier Headquarters in Agartala.

The main topics of discussion were the current situation in Bangladesh, border security, and infiltration.

However, he did not inspect any border locations, which is a usual practice during a visit of BSF top brass. DG Singh left the state for Delhi this evening, according to officials.
