Assam Rifles holds medical camp in remote Kaskaupara
Focused on meeting primary healthcare needs in remote areas

AGARTALA, January 17, 2025: The Assam Rifles organised a medical camp for the Bru community in Kaskaupara, Damcherra in north Tripura Friday. The main objective of the camp was to improve the health and well-being of the people in the clan.
The camp was staffed by service doctors and medical teams who provided free consultations, medicines and health awareness sessions. The Assam Rifles in a statement said the community has been benefited from this initiative that focused on meeting the primary healthcare needs of people living in remote areas.
The event saw the participation of 312 men, women and children.
The Assam Rifles said it remains committed to its mission of serving and uplifting communities across the region through various outreach programmes.
