Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma arrives in Tripura
AGARTALA: Assam Chief Minister Dr Himanta Biswa Sarma has arrived in Tripura Thursday. He met with Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha at latter's official residence in the evening.
Dr Saha took to his social media page to appreciate his Assam counterpart. He wrote that he was deeply touched and immensely honoured to warmly host Dr Sarma.
Assam Chief Minister appreciated the gesture and he posted "Blessed to be at the sacred land of Maa Tripurasundari"
Dr Sarma also said that they held meaningful discussions on a range of issues of mutual interest, reinforcing the spirit of cooperation and shared progress between our states.
