REGIONAL, November 11, 2025: The North-East United Forum Bengaluru (NEUFB) held North-East Fusion Carnival 2025 celebrated Sunday at St Joseph’s University Auditorium in Bengaluru. This cultural event brought together diverse communities, artists and entrepreneurs to promote unity among North-Eastern states and the broader Karnataka region.
The carnival showcased traditional and contemporary arts through dance, music and exhibitions, featured entrepreneurship stalls, and aimed to enhance mutual understanding between the Northeast and other communities in India. Key highlights included traditional and fusion dance performances from all eight Northeastern states, authentic regional food stalls, exhibitions of local crafts and the recognition of cultural ambassadors.
The event also hosted two podcast sessions, featuring prominent guests such as Pradyot Bikram Manikya Debbarma and Mmhonlümo Kikon.
Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma could not attend but sent a supportive video message.
The carnival was noted for being one of the largest gatherings of the North-East community in Bengaluru, celebrating cultural pride and emphasizing the spirit of unity among Northeast Indians across the country.
