Governor General VK Singh led the virtual participation of Mizoram

AIZAWL, February 10, 2025: Governor General (Retired) Vijay Kumar Singh led the virtual participation of Mizoram in the 8th edition of Prime Minister Narendra Modi's address on the Pariksha Pe Charcha 2025 held at Sunder Nursery in Delhi Monday. The event, designed for students preparing for exams, their parents and teachers, has attracted over 5 crore participants this year. 

In Mizoram, students, parents, teachers and school education officials joined the event through a video conference led by the Governor at the SCERT Auditorium & Conference Hall in Aizawl. After the programme, the governor personally interacted with the students, offering encouragement and guidance on exam preparation and important life skills.

He emphasized the importance of mental and physical well-being, a proper diet and a favourable study environment for students. He also urged parents and teachers to communicate effectively to foster motivation rather than stress. 

The Governor also praised the Prime Minister's initiative of Pariksha Pe Charcha for its ability to relieve tension among students and encourage them to apply the lessons gained from the programme to better navigate their academic journey and personal growth.
