ICFAI awarded as Outstanding Emerging University in NE India

REGIONAL, May 27, 2025: The ICFAI University Tripura has been honoured with the prestigious "Outstanding Emerging University in Northeast India" award at the Times Now Academic Excellence Awards 2025 presented by The Times of India. The award ceremony was held recently in Guwahati.

The Vice Chancellor of the university Prof (Dr) Biplab Halder graciously accepted the award on behalf of the institution. This recognition is a testament to the university's unwavering dedication to academic excellence, innovation, industry collaboration and student development. 

It also highlights the university's rapid growth and transformative impact on the higher education landscape in the region. Prof (Dr) Biplab Halder expressed his sincere gratitude to the students, faculty, staff and stakeholders for their continuous dedication which made this achievement possible.

This award is a proud moment for the ICFAI University Tripura, he added.
