REGIONAL, November 12, 2024: The 8th Captain N Kenguruse MVC Memorial Football Tournament ended with a thrilling final at the Indira Gandhi Stadium, Kohima, Tuesday. The Head Hunters FC won earning ₹3 lakhs while Mez & Co. finished runners-up getting ₹1. 5 lakh.

Imkong L Imchen, Advisor for Information & Public Relations honoured Capt Kenguruse's bravery and sacrifice, encouraging young players to embody values of service, sacrifice and integrity.

Individual awards included the Golden Boot for Kurisanyü, Best Defender for Thejangulie Zatsu, Best Goalkeeper for Pzierengulie and Best Player for Hemping L.
