Creativity: 2nd edition of the Artist Residency Programme

REGIONAL, November 17, 2024: IIM Shillong has launched its second Artist Residency Programme aiming to integrate creativity with management education. The programme held at the Umsawli campus brought together 16 artists from various institutions to live and collaborate.

The initiative organised by Zeitgeist, aims to create a space for interaction and inspiration between art and management, fostering innovative ideas and holistic learning to address global business challenges. The theme Misty Musings: The Shifting Landscape explored the interplay between clarity and obscurity, inviting artists and the wider community to explore the transformative power of art.

The residency provided a platform for artists and students to explore the impact of art on leadership, creativity, and problem-solving. The initiative reaffirms IIM’s commitment to nation-building and fostering a creative ecosystem.
