BJP in last minute push in Boxanagar constituency

AGARTALA, September 01 2023: The BJP has expanded its campaign mechanism in assembly segments ahead of ensuing by-elections. By-poll in Boxanagar and Dhanpur assembly constituencies in Sepahijala district is due on September 5.

However BJP is specifically focusing on Boxanagar being it a Muslim majority area.

Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha in his latest held an extensive booth wise review meeting at the party office at Boxanagar Friday. All Shakti Kendra in-charges and leaders from various levels including state office bearers were in attendance.

Dr Saha will again turn up to the area Saturday.
