Atal Innovation Mission calls for applications from school students

40-day programme aims to equip students with essential digital skills

NATIONAL, June 11, 2024: The Atal Innovation Mission (AIM), NITI Aayog, is launching the prestigious 'ATL Tinkerpreneur 2024' summer boot camp; open to all schools across India, including non-ATL schools. The 40-day programme aims to equip students with essential digital skills and frameworks, enabling them to conceptualize and develop their own online ventures.

The program has seen over 5000 team innovations in previous editions, with the top 100 teams receiving internship and funding opportunities from the Indian School of Business.

Registered teams will receive dedicated mentoring from AIM's mentors under the 'Mentor India Initiative'. From June 20 to July 25, students can engage in expert sessions covering digital, product, and entrepreneurship skills, supplemented by tailored handholding sessions. The programme has introduced new additions, such as the Tinkerpreneur Comic Book series and flashcards developed by TinkerChamps, a student-led non-profit club.
