Tripura CM listed as star campaigner in Bihar polls

AGARTALA, October 14 2020: BJP has listed Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb as a star campaigner in ensuring elections to Bihar assembly. Though party has not yet confirmed his itinerary, sources said he will depart for the poll bound state soon.

Deb earlier campaigned for the party nominees in election to Delhi assembly last year. The national capital is very much familiar to the chief minister as he spent his earlier life there.

Sources said Biplab Kumar Deb’s fluency in Hindi was considered for his selection as a star campaigner in Bihar. Besides he is BJP’s one of youngest chief ministers in the country.
