NATIONAL, February 12, 2024: Prime Minister Narendra Modi distributed over 1 lakh appointment letters to newly recruited individuals through video conferencing. He also laid the foundation stone for Phase I of the Integrated Complex "Karmayogi Bhavan" in New Delhi, which aims to promote collaboration and synergy among different pillars of Mission Karmayogi.
In his virtual address, the Prime Minister congratulated the recruits and their families and emphasised that the government's efforts to provide job opportunities to the youth are ongoing. He also noted that the lengthy process between job notification and appointment letter distribution often led to bribery, but the current government has made the process transparent and completed recruitment within the designated time frame.
The Prime Minister further stated that in the last 10 years, the government has provided 1.5 times more job opportunities to the youth compared to previous governments.
He highlighted the significance of laying the foundation stone for Phase I of the Integrated Complex "Karmayogi Bhavan" and how it will contribute to the government's efforts towards capacity building.
