AGARTALA: Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha issued a warning Sunday regarding the lack of understanding among some party workers in Tripura about the BJP. He stated that there is still an opportunity for them to grasp the party's discipline and style of functioning.

Dr Saha affirmed the BJP-led government’s commitment to addressing all demands of the tribal community and promoting their overall development, indicating that no irregularities and indiscipline would be tolerated within the party. His remarks came during the Prime Minister Narendra Modi's Mann Ki Baat programme held at the Multi-Purpose Hall in Sepahijala district, which he said resonates well with the public every month.

He addressed the obstacles faced by the party, stating that these challenges would only strengthen the BJP. He cautioned those who might attempt to undermine the party, urging them to reassess their actions.

Reiterating the importance of knowing and understanding the BJP, Dr Saha stated that the party's new vision for Tripura would manifest through peace and constructive dialogue. He publicly commended Prime Minister Modi as a remarkable leader, illustrating this with references such as Operation Sindoor, and expressed the aspiration for a developed Tripura by 2047 aligned with the Prime Minister’s vision for a Viksit Bharat.

Chief Minister ended by asserting the commitment to tribal development and the necessity for the tribal population to recognise that only a national party like the BJP can facilitate their advancement.
