Tripura tableaux wins second prize for R-Day parade

AGARTALA, January 28 2021: Tripura tableaux which was inspired by Prime Minister’s Aatma Nirbhar Bharat and theme on state’s bamboo based livelihood has won second prize for the Republic Day parade in New Delhi. 

Tableaus have had been mark in the parade for three years.

Tripura Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb expressed his utter satisfaction and joy over the achievement. He has spoken his mind in his tweeter handle.

“Delighted to known that the magnificent tableaux of our believed Tripura that took part in the Republic Day parade has won the second prize”, Chief Minister wrote.

“Heartiest wishes to 37 lakh lakh people of the state on this occasion. Congratulation to all stake holders who contributed to this achievement”, he went on to say.

Stating that the tableaux that won the prize was inspired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s vision for Atma Nirbhar Bharat.

“Depicting the message for vocal for local, it was a beautiful amalgamation of nature of nature friendly livelihood & lifestyle of the state”, Biplab Kumar Deb added. 

Union Minister of State for Youth Affairs & Sports Kiren Rijiju handed over the prize to officials of Tripura government.
