Nationwide Digital Life Certificate Campaign 4.0

REGIONAL, November 06, 2025: The Office of the Controller of Communication Accounts (CCA) in North East India Telecom Circle Thursday held an awareness programme for the Nationwide Digital Life Certificate Campaign 4.0 at the BSNL Office in Tura, West Garo Hills. The initiative, aimed at promoting the submission of Digital Life Certificates (DLCs) for BSNL and DoT pensioners, particularly targets around 1000 pensioners whose DLCs are set to expire in November 2025.
This campaign aligns with the Government's Digital India mission and includes various welfare measures such as health camps and cybersecurity awareness.
Shubhranil Das, the Joint Controller of Communication Accounts, highlighted the significance of digital registration and demonstrated the Jeevan Pramaan application, which is available on the Play Store for easy DLC submissions. Pensioners unable to register online can still submit their certificates offline.
The campaign is set to occur across 171 cities nationwide this November requiring pensioners to update their annual life certificates.
The event saw attendance from several officials who assisted pensioners with the DLC registration and addressed their concerns. Many pensioners successfully submitted their Digital Life Certificates during this program.
