Mizoram: Election officials appointed for election duty

AIZAWL, October 26 2021: Election officials for security and medical duty for the upcoming 4-Tuirial (ST) assembly constituency bye-election cast their votes today using postal ballot at the District Election Office, Kolasib.

A total of 32 officials from Tuirial are appointed for election duty, where poll day falls on October 30.

Training for various Teams are also simultaneously being carried out for the smooth conduct of free and fair election. Vanlalchhuanawma Chawngthu, Election Officer, Kolasib district, Tuesday organized training for Election Material, Despatching and Receiving team at I&PR Conference Hall, Project Veng, Kolasib.

Randomization of counting officials and training of micro-observer was also conducted.
