SHILLONG, January 21, 2020: The Meghalaya Tourism Youth Development Society in collaboration with Glamanand Supermodel India is again organizing the Miss Meghalaya 2020, Road to Miss Teen India, Miss International and Miss Multinational next month and the Auditions for this Beauty pageant will be held on January 25 at Youth Hostel, Lachumiere, Shillong. 
The Auditions will start at 2pm sharp and The Grand Finale will be on the February 15 2020.
We have seen many beauty pageants in the state earlier but most of them are Shillong centric and offer no growth but with the Miss Meghalaya, the winners will directly qualify to the finals of the Miss Teen India, Miss International and Miss Multinational which will be held in Mumbai and Delhi respectively. We offer the contestants to grow and progress from State Level to National Level.
Miss Meghalaya is the only beauty pageant offering such platforms to the aspiring youth of the State.
A State wide publicity will be conducted on various newspapers, hoardings, Billboards, social Media campaign as well as Electronic Media.
Proper training and grooming will be conducted prior to the Grand Finale by Youth & Personality Development experts from Hundredfold Academy.
We are very proud to say that the reigning Miss Meghalaya, Miss Tanvi Marak is currently the title holder of Miss North East and Miss Sanwaka Surong, First Runners Up qualified for the Finals of Miss Teen India 2019.
Besides the Title, the Winners will also bag a cash prize of Rs 1 lakh for the Winner, Rs 50000 for the First Runners Up and Rs 30000 for the Second Runners Up. The Winners will also be presented with gift hampers from Avon. Big FM will be our Radio Partner. The event will be managed by T7 News Channel, Shillong.
We are glad to announce that our Deputy Chief Minister Prestone Tynsong will grace the Occasion as the Chief Guest and Kyrmen Shylla, Minister, Social Welfare will be the Guest of Honour. Lakmen Rymbui, Education Minister will also be there.
