2400 students from various institutions will participate

AGARTALA, February 22, 2024: The annual techno-cultural programme of ICFAI University Tripura, "ICARIA-2K24", was inaugurated by Tripura Governor Nallu Indrasena Reddy, as the Chief Guest Wednesday at the ICFAI University Tripura Campus. The Special Guest for the inauguration programme was Krisha Kumar, the ONGC Tripura Asset Manager.
The Vice Chancellor of the University, Dr Biplab Halder, delivered the welcome address and gave a detailed speech about the ICARIA event. He also mentioned that the university will be celebrating its 20th anniversary of academic and professional excellence in Tripura.
In his address, the Chief Guest, Nallu Indrasena Reddy, expressed his belief that such techno-cultural programs help participants enhance their talents, build skills, promote teamwork, and develop logical reasoning. He was pleased to note that the ICARIA event has become one of the largest techno-cultural fests in North Eastern India among educational institutions and will continue to gain recognition and popularity.
Some 2400 students from various schools, colleges, and universities will be participating in various skills, creative, cultural and technological competitions. The programme began with colorful cultural performances, followed by a performance by popular playback singer Parmita Reang.
On February 23, the famous Bollywood playback singer Arjuna Kanungo will be performing on the Celebrity Night, and on February 24, the Celebrity DJ - Progressive Brothers will perform after the Fashion Show.
