Governor La Ganesan graces award ceremony at Chennai

CHENNAI, September 16 2023: Nagaland Governor La Ganesan graced award distribution ceremony of Thiruppavai and Thiruvempaavi at Ramakrishna Spiritual and Cultural Academy, Perambalur, Tamil Nadu Saturday.
At the occasion, the Governor spoke about Andal and highlighted the merits of margazhi month song and he explained that meritorious benefits that come from the fasting they have taken during the month of margazhi. He congratulated and motivated the students to read more with religious mind.
The Governor handed over the cash award with citation certificates to the winners. 400 students from 37 Schools participated.
The celebrations started with the academic procession in which the dignitaries, The programme was attended by K Karpagam, District Collector, Perambalur, Dr M Sivasubramaniam, Chairman, Ramakrishna group of Educational Institutions, Perambalur, Er MS Vivekanandan, Secretary, Ramakrishna group of Educational Institutions, Perambalur, M Shyamala Devi, Dy SP and others.
