REGIONAL, April 13, 2025: Kohima witnessed the electrifying Festival of Speed, presented by JK Tire Motorsport, at the Thizama 4th Battalion NAP grounds. The event marked the 25th Anniversary of the Nagaland Adventure & Motor Sports Association (NAMSA) and brought together motorsport enthusiasts from across the region for an unforgettable celebration.
The programme began with Neingulie Nakhro as the host, setting the tone for the day’s excitement. The Welcome Address was delivered by Tovi Chophi, General Secretary of NAMSA, followed by remarks from Hari Singh, Head of Operations at JK Tires & Industries Limited, who emphasized JK Tyre’s commitment to promoting motorsports in India.
Kuputo Shohe, Advisor to NAMSA, led the felicitation ceremony, acknowledging NAMSA’s legacy and contributions to motorsports over the past 25 years. The event also featured a musical interlude that added a touch of entertainment before concluding with a heartfelt vote of thanks from Lhouvi Punyü.
