CM inaugurates ONGC Pavilion at industries fair

AGARTALA, January 30, 2020: Chief Minister of Tripura Biplab Kumar Deb inaugurated the ONGC Pavilion at the 30th Tripura Industrials & Commerce Fair (TICF), being held at International Exhibition &Fair ground , Hapania, Agartala. He was accompanied by Mimi Majumdar, MLA and Asset Manager of ONGC Tripura Asset OP Singhand other dignitaries. 
ONGC has put up an informative cum decorative and attractive pavilion, which is attracting a huge crowd as it is having several attractive models like Bamboo Rig, Xmas tree anda Blow out Preventer (BOP) used in the operation of ONGC.
Chief Minister visited the pavilion; showed immense interest in the exhibits, queries in detail about operations of ONGC, and Its CSR activities. Asset Manager replied in detail al the queries.
The model rig has been fabricated by a deaf and dumb couple, who were present in ONGC pavilion. CM showed keen interest in the fact that ONGC is supporting the divyangs’ endeavour towards entrepreneurship and hoped that such initiatives would be emulated by other organisation.
Another unique initiative of ONGC also received attention of Chief Minister of Tripura Biplab Kumar Deb. ONGC Tripura Asset is supporting, under its CSR activities, several Bio-village projects undertaken by the state. He showed keen interest in the project, which encourages organic farming as well as supporting entrepreneurship.
In his brief address Asset Manager OP Singh said that ONGC is committed to the development of Tripura and can go to any length for the State. “He informed that, 30th Tripura Industrials & commerce fair is powered by free and uninterrupted power supply by ONGC.
