AGARTALA, November 08 2023: Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha and his predecessor Biplab Kumar Deb have congratulated two sportswomen from Tripura achieving medals in the Asian Athletics Championship held in the Philippines.

Mithali Debnath picked gold medal and Archana Banik silver medal in the long jump event in the 1500 category.

The leaders attributed the successes as proud moments for India as well as Tripura.
