NEZCC invites entries for research-oriented works

REGIONAL, June 07, 2024: The North East Zone Cultural Centre has invited applications from renowned scholars, who are sincerely interested to take up research-oriented documentation works under North East Zone Cultural Centre, Dimapur in the following fields: folk & tribal music & dances and vanishing art forms of North East viz. Arunachal Pradesh, Assam, Manipur, Meghalaya, Mizoram, Nagaland, Sikkim & Tripura
NEZCC informed that the applicant should be an Indian citizen and indigenous inhabitant of the concerned State. The selection of the project proposals will be finalized by a panel of experts constituted by the NEZCC.
The application forms and other details can be collected from the Office of the Directorate of Art & Culture/ Cultural Affairs, Government of the concerned State or Shilpgram, Panjabari, Guwahati and NEZCC Head Office, Dimapur.

Last date for submission of the application is July 15 2024. Applications received thereafter will not be accepted, according to the officials.
The Director, NEZCC shall have the right to accept or reject any application without assigning any reason.
