COAS visits NCC’s Republic Day parade camp in New Delhi
He urged the cadets to continue striving for excellence

NATIONAL, January 09, 2025: Chief of the Army Staff (COAS) General Upendra Dwivedi visited the NCC Republic Day Parade Camp in Delhi Cantonment Thursday. He urged cadets to continue striving for excellence and emphasised that serving the nation goes beyond the Armed Forces.
He commended the NCC's selfless efforts in service and national building, lauding their active participation in community programs, blood donation campaigns, environmental conservation initiatives and social awareness activities.
General Dwivedi reminded cadets of their crucial role in Viksit Bharat and wished them success in their future endeavors. His visit included reviewing the Guard of Honour, witnessing a band performance by the Government High School, Mizoram and appreciating the cadets' efforts in preparing a theme-based 'Flag Area'.
NCC cadets also showcased their model building skills and cultural program showcasing their commitment to 'Ek Bharat Shreshtha Bharat' through music, vocal and demonstrative art performance.
