Bharat NCX 2024 to strengthen India's cyber security resilience
12-day workout to equip professionals strategic decision-making skills

NATIONAL, November 18, 2024: The Bharat National Cyber Security Exercise (Bharat NCX 2024) was inaugurated at Rashtriya Raksha University (RRU) Monday to strengthen India's cyber security resilience. The 12-day exercise aims to equip cyber security professionals and leaders with advanced cyber defence and incident response capabilities as well as strategic decision-making skills.
This initiative, organized by the National Security Council Secretariat, aims to ensure preparedness to manage crises at all levels. Some key features of Bharat NCX 2024 include immersive training on cyber defence and incident response, live-fire simulations of cyber-attacks on IT and OT systems and collaborative platforms for government and industry stakeholders.
A Strategic Decision-Making Exercise will bring senior management together to simulate decision-making in a national-level cyber crisis. The Bharat Cyber Security Start-up Exhibition will also showcase innovative solutions from Indian start-ups highlighting their role in enhancing the nation's cyber security infrastructure.
The event will run from November 18 to November 29 culminating in a comprehensive debrief to consolidate lessons learned and establish best practices in cyber security.
