Dr. Saha stressed the importance of maintaining a balance between the demand and supply of blood stating that it is a social responsibility and praised Prime Minister Narendra Modi for his tireless efforts towards the welfare and development of the people.
He also commended PM Modi for his understanding of poverty and the benefits of the Pradhan Mantri Jan Arogya Yojana-Ayushman Bharat.
