NEW DELHI: Union Minister Dr Jitendra Singh highlighted governance reforms in 2025 aimed at enhancing citizens' quality of life and improving the work environment for government personnel. Addressing a year-ender press conference in New Delhi Tuesday, he detailed the achievements of the Ministry of Personnel, focusing on minimum government and maximum governance principles.
Key highlights include the expansion of Mission Karmayogi with 1.45 crore registered users on the iGOT-Karmayogi platform, offering numerous e-learning courses and new AI-driven tools. The Rashtriya Karmayogi Jan Seva Programme trained over 8.73 lakh employees promoting service delivery.
The RTI portal expanded to 2,899 authorities, and grievance redress improved with prompt resolution metrics. Campaigns like Special Campaign 5.0 emphasized cleanliness and efficiency, resulting in significant file closures and space optimization.
The Digital Life Certificate Campaign produced 1.68 crore certificates, marking advancements in pensioner welfare initiatives, the Minister added.
