Covid-19: ONGC Association distributes food among needy

AGARTALA, April 05, 2020: Showing its humanitarian face once more and dedication towards country and state, ONGC Employees Union and All India SC & ST Employees’ Welfare Association (AISCSTEWA) of ONGC  jointly undertook a bold relief work to feed the poor and destitute Sunday.

The employees and executives of ONGC distributes food packet in and around Amtali police station, SachindraNMagar Colony, Charipara and Agartala Railway station.

The Secretary of AISCSTEWA of Tripura unit of ONGC,  Sekhar Das informed,” in the wake of Covid-19, the real sufferers are the underprivileged and poor of the country. They are completely in tears. Today it is our utmost pleasure to distribute 350 packets among the needy today around our base office. Soon, we will be undertaking such relief works in other operational areas too. “
