Captivating Hojagiri folk dance wins award in Pune
TRIPURA ARTISTS HAVE ONCE AGAIN BROUGHT LAURELS TO THE STATE by securing the 3rd position at the National Level Kala Utsav–2025, held at the Yashwantrao Chavan Academy of Development Administration (YASHADA), Pune, from December 20 to 24.
The honour was earned through a captivating Hojagiri folk dance performance by Shilpa Reang, Sanita Reang, Siluta Reang and Parmaiti Reang of Chandrapur Higher Secondary School, Gomati District.
Their exceptional artistry, balance and grace were adjudged worthy of the National Third Rank bringing pride to Tripura and showcasing the rich cultural heritage of the State.
