NBSE invites teachers to Orient BlackSwan ONE

KOHIMA, April 15 2021: The NBSE has invited the teachers to the April 2021 Orient BlackSwan ONE event which is being organized in collaboration with SAMVAD on “The psychological well-being of the teacher in these pandemic times” on April 17 from 3 pm to 5:30 pm.
In this two-part webinar, SAMVAD aims to address the stress that teachers undergo and the ways to respond to it. The sessions will enable teachers to understand children’s anxieties and concerns in the context of the pandemic, including the interventions needed to help children to return to school and educational activities.
All are encouraged to attend both parts of the webinar to get the maximum benefit out of it.
SAMVAD (Support, Advocacy and Mental Health Interventions for Children in Vulnerable Circumstances and Diseases) is an integrated resource for child protection, mental health and psychosocial care, supported by the Ministry of Women and Child Development, Government of India. SAMVAD aims at enhancing child and adolescent psychosocial well-being, particularly of children in difficult circumstances, through promotion of integrated approaches to mental health and protection.
