Forensic-Science University in Tripura soon
CM Deb envisaged admission of the foreign students

AGARTALA, October 26 2021: Chief Minister Biplab Kumar Deb Tuesday announced a decision to establish a forensic-science university in Tripura. He said setting up to be first such campus in northeast India would be a reality though he did not specify a timeframe.
Deb was speaking at a jam-packed political meeting in south Tripura.
Chief Minister envisaged that students from south Asia and southeast Asian countries will line up to study in the Forensic-Science University.
His rhetoric came a day after he met a delegation of the National Forensic-Science University, Gujarat, led by its Vice Chancellor Dr JM Vyas. The meeting discussed strategies to build a world-class forensic institute in Tripura.
Dr SO Junare, Campus Director of Gandhinagar Campus and CD Jadeja, Executive Registrar of NFSU also attended.
