CM stresses the need to work for future generations

AGARTALA, December 09, 2025: Tripura Chief Minister Dr Manik Saha Tuesday stressed the need to work for future generations following the harmful 35 years of CPI(M) rule in Tripura.
At the inauguration of various projects in Sepahijala and West Tripura, he highlighted the state’s restoration of self-respect and development under PM Modi's guidance, announcing 18 new projects worth Rs 50 crore across health, education and other sectors.
Dr Saha noted a planned investment of Rs 7,000 crore for infrastructure by 2025-26 to fulfil the vision of "Sabka Saath Sabka Vikas." He also stated improvements in law and order, job creation and a strong interest from universities to establish institutions in Tripura, showcasing ongoing development efforts since 2018.
The event saw attendance of ministers and officials of line departments.
