Urban Company launches beauty and wellness recruitment
DIMAPUR: Urban Company, in collaboration with YouthNet Nagaland, has initiated a recruitment drive aimed at creating job opportunities for women in the Beauty & Wellness and Spa sector. This initiative features a dedicated office located at the YouthNet premises to assist potential candidates with registration, inquiries, and the recruitment process.
The launch was announced during a press conference held on August 18 at the YouthNet office in Chumoukedima and district-level awareness and recruitment workshops have been scheduled throughout Nagaland.
The outreach program will occur in various districts on the following dates-
- August 20: Tuensang & Longleng
- August 21: Tuensang & Longleng
- August 24: Zunheboto & Wokha
- August 26: Zunheboto & Wokha
The recruitment initiative is open to women aged 18–40 years and offers several benefits, including:
- Two months of free professional training
- Transportation support
- Earning potential of up to 40,000 - 50,000 INR
- 100% job placement assurance
- Career prospects within the Beauty & Wellness and Spa services sector
Candidates can participate in the screening process either online or offline, allowing women from various parts of Nagaland to engage. Those selected will have opportunities to work in Tier 1 cities. Urban Company aims to make its recruitment process accessible by utilising its local office at the YouthNet premises in Dimapur operating from 10 am to 5 pm.
