North East Creator Circuit 2026 to bring over 100 creators
REGIONAL: The North East Creator Circuit 2026, a new platform celebrating the region’s growing creator economy, will take place on September 13 at MAYFAIR Guwahati.
More than 100 creators and influencers from across Northeast India are expected to attend the event along with representatives of leading brands, marketing professionals and industry experts.
An initiative of Netive, in association with Trident Brandcom, the event will feature networking sessions, brand–creator interactions, a panel discussion titled “Creator Economy 2.0 – Northeast”, a fashion sequence and curated brand experiences.
A major highlight will be the Creator Icons Awards – The Northeast Edition, recognising outstanding creators and influencers across categories such as fashion, beauty, food, travel, lifestyle, entertainment, music, culture and social impact.
The winners will be selected by an eminent jury comprising professionals from the media, entertainment and creative industries.
Announcing the event, Rudrajeet Kumar Laskar, Executive Editor of Netive and Event Director, said, “Northeast India is home to a highly creative and culturally diverse digital community. The North East Creator Circuit has been created to bring creators, brands and industry leaders together on one credible platform for recognition, collaboration and meaningful conversations.”
“The objective is to look beyond follower numbers and explore how creators can build sustainable careers, stronger communities and long-term partnerships with brands,” he added.
A representative of one of the participating brands said, “Northeast creators have a distinctive voice and a strong connection with their audiences. This platform creates an important opportunity for brands to understand and engage with the region’s evolving creator ecosystem.”
A participating creator added, “A dedicated platform for Northeast creators can open new opportunities for learning, collaboration and wider recognition. It is encouraging to see the region’s creator community coming together at this scale.”
