JAIPUR: International Workplace Group (IWG), the world's largest platform for flexible workspaces and comprising brands such as Regus, Spaces, HQ and Signature, has announced the inauguration of its new location, Regus at OB Tower in the Central Spine area of Jaipur. This move aligns with a broader trend highlighting flexible work arrangements, both in India and globally, as IWG strives to meet the increasing demand from enterprises, small and medium enterprises (SMEs) and start-ups desiring agile, scalable workspace solutions situated closer to their workforce.
This latest addition to IWG’s portfolio comes amidst the company's record performance metrics, which include the highest revenue, cash flow, and earnings growth to date, alongside an unprecedented expansion that saw the signing of 728 new global locations in the first half of 2026—bringing the overall tally to more than 6,000 locations across over 120 countries. The launch is a significant marker in IWG's growth narrative in India, as the company had already secured 43 new centers in the country during the same timeframe.
The persistent growth of IWG is indicative of the increasing appetite for flexible workspaces, facilitated by its capital-light partnership model, which invites building owners and investors to engage in the burgeoning flexible workspace market. This approach not only supports IWG's swift expansion across its network but also enhances returns for property stakeholders, with 95% of new sites being delivered through managed partnership agreements.
Located in Central Spine (Jagatpura), the new center is a strategic response to the surging demand for high-quality flexible workspaces in the area. The four-story facility is designed to cater to both established companies and start-ups across various sectors, including IT, financial services, professional services, and manufacturing. Furthermore, IWG offers a "Design Your Own Office" service, enabling businesses to customize their workspaces to meet specific requirements, with facilities encompassing private offices, meeting rooms, co-working areas, and creative spaces.
