the overwhelming aura of contentment

The overwhelming aura of contentment

By Composed by Arnie Bakor L Mawlong

The overwhelming aura of contentment

The quiet room with helpless eyes,
In deepest dilemma they mourned "Oh why!"
To saved a life so dear and precious
They were all willing to fight at any cost.

When every door had locked its way
In the word 'miracle' they now embraced
A comrade of mine suggested me
"If it fits, why wouldn't we, Arnie?

To my surprise, I uttered, "Really"?
With no second thought, we were both ready.
Off we went - The dawn of new journey,
The contentment I felt, and it tranquils me.

I was motivated from then,
I fondly think I lessen the burden,
Of longing souls with desperate hearts
That fight for life and its premature depart.

To give a hand to the needy,
We need just one drop of humanity,
Let it not be measured by richness
But with an overflowing heart & kindness.

Your selfless act and bravest move
Would saved thousands lives and warmth back their roof.
You'd wipe some tears, you will not know whose
Take the chance to be in someone else's shoes.

Dear Women, you're clothed with boldness,
In Ocean of trials and hopelessness,
They all look up to you with great faith,
Go donate your blood, you need not to afraid.

And I shall forever sing to this heavenly feeling,
Step forward young souls, humanity first, LET THERE BE SPRING,
BLOOD DONATION will not cause you harm,
Neither will it steal your wellness & charm.
